“Decorative Greek Collectible”
In the islands of Cyclades a special culture was developed which was called Cycladic culture. The abundant and excellent quality marble gave the raw material to the sculptures who carved the famous Cycladic statues. Cycladic art therefore comprises one of the three main branches of Aegean art. Following the love of ancient Greeks for simple lines and simple design, we imagined a wooden decorative Greek collectible in the form of the Cycladic Statues painted in three classical Greek colors.

The ancient Cycladic culture flourished in the islands of the Aegean Sea. Along with the Minoan civilization and Mycenaean Greece, the Cycladic people are counted among the three major Aegean cultures. The Cycladic statues are about 25-30cm tall and usually depict naked women, standing with hands on their chests, long necks and sloping soles with engraved details.
